Hello! My roommate is moving back to Canada and his lovely room (HUGE with a balcony) will be available starting Dec 15. If you happen to be the chosen one you will be sharing the place with two young respectful female professionals.

The apartment (duplex) is located at 836 Bergen street on the top floor of a luxury building with concierge, gym, sauna, movie room, bike storage room. The rent is $1500 and you will be spitting utilities and internet (FIOS). The apartment is fully furnished and If you are interested outgoing roommate can also sell you the bed and desk for a very reasonable price. We also have an amazing private and furnished patio (couch, table, chairs, BBQ, amazing view on the city) and are located close to several subway lines C, A,2,3,4,5 and S, Q.

Current roommates are both busy professionals that work normal 8-5's in the city. We're respectful of each other and each other's space and like to keep the apartment clean!

Lease is good through June 30th and we hope to re-sign for another year. If its a mutually good fit, we'd love for this new person to stay on as well!
