Bedroom in dog-friendly BK 2-bed

I am a female, mid-30s graduate student, dog-owner seeking a roommate to share my fantastic two-bedroom Brooklyn apartment on the border of Prospect and Crown Heights. The apartment is renovated, spacious, and quiet - the bedrooms are on opposite sides, so there's plenty of privacy. The available bedroom is fairly large - it's currently empty, but previously fit a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a desk, a book case, and an over-sided chair with room to spare.

I work three jobs and am writing my dissertation, so this home is NOT party central. When I'm home, I'm generally pretty quiet: up early, cook small meals, and watch some TV. I consider myself fairly "normal," very neat and clean, and a pretty considerate roommate - and I'm looking for a roommate who is the same.

If you're also a dog-owner - even better! My dog (5 year old Boxer-Pit mix) is anxious and weird, and doesn't like being the only dog in the house - she does much better when there's another dog around to play and hang out with. I've mostly had roommates with dogs, and it seems to work out best that way.

Bedroom is available from August 1. Monthly rent is $1475 and deposit is $1475, so $2,950 due upon move-in. Heat and hot water are included; electric, gas, and Internet come to about roughly $85-$90 per person, per month. Must provide proof of employment and income, sign a sublease agreement, and submit to a check check.
