Sublet Feb 1st **W/D IN UNIT** Big Bedroom

Hey all! My roommate and I have a room available NOW in our 3 bedroom apartment in the Prospect Heights. We are looking for someone to sublet the room long term.
The room is $1,495 a month, water induced + 1 month security deposit. Gas, electric and internet not included.
The room is a really decent size. I have a full size bed, clothing rack, dresser, and large floor mirror and there was still room to walk around. The room is located in the back of the apartment and is the only bedroom that has 2 windows! Did I mention we have a washer and dryer in unit!!
Our apartment is in heart of prime Prospect Heights nears the area?s best restaurants and bars. Super convenient to the Q/B Express at 7th Ave and the 2/3 at Bergen with next stop Atlantic/Barclays Station with over 10 connecting trains plus the Long Island Rail Road.
My roommate is in his mid-20s and getting his masters in Opera singing. I am in my late 20s and work in the accounting field. We are very clean, quiet and considerate. We do occasionally cook and may have a friend or two over but for the most part we like to keep the apartment a quiet get away from the busy city.
Please be clean (very important), independent, considerate and fully employed.
