Huge room, 2BA, in unit W/D half block to park

I'm Andrew 39M professional. I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent friendly.

The apartment is a 3BR 2BA in Park Slope. It is half a block from Prospect Park and 5 minute walk to the F / G trains. You'd have a large bedroom that can fit a queen bed, desk and dresser or a king bed and less extra furniture. There is also a good sized closet. Bedroom currently has a loft bed in it but I'm planning to give it away unless you want to keep it.

Since there are 2 bathrooms we can each have a main one or they can be completely private -- I'd leave that up to you. The 2nd bathroom that could be yours is just through the kitchen. There is laundry room behind the kitchen with a oversized washer and dryer. I hire a cleaning person once a week which you can participate in or not. I can also give you an AC unit for your window.

Our other roommate would be my 9lb Cavapoo dog named Tuna and she's 3 years old. She's a snuggly girl and very loving.

About me:
I'm pretty easygoing, and I do my best to respect shared space. I try to keep things tidy but I'm not a neat freak. I also have a cleaning person come once a week to clean, tidy and organize. I'm a good communicator and a calm, kind and reasonable person. I’m used to living with others and always make an effort to be considerate.

I enjoy board games, puzzles, video games sometimes, spending time in the park, dog training, watching SciFi/Fantasy/Occult TV, anime and cooking!

I'm not a big partier especially not at home. I might have some low key gatherings now and again or a birthday party or new years party. Sometimes I have a friend or two over to hang out but am always respectful and considerate. I mostly work from home and my desk is near the living room so I'm either there, in the kitchen or in the living room during the day and evening really too.

It would be great to find someone with similar interests but as long as we get along well that's fine too. The apartment is honestly very large and we can discuss use of the 3rd BR as well.
