Prospect Park West is just a few minutes on foot.

The apartment is the middle unit in a 3-unit building and includes:

Two available bedrooms (smaller room can fit a twin or a full the larger room a full or a queen bed)

Larger room: $1,920/month

Smaller room: $1,760/month

2 bathrooms (1 full, 1 half)

Hi! I’m Colie, 38, originally from Minnesota. I moved to NYC last year and really lucked out finding this apartment. I work in HR in the finance industry (in-office M–W, WFH Th–Fr). I love long city walks, hitting the gym, reading, and trying new classes just for fun. I’m friendly but quiet — the kind of person who might sing when no one’s around (it’s bad, but it makes me happy).

I’m looking for women-identifying roommates in their 30s+ who work full-time or are in grad school. I’d be open to considering men or younger applicants if it feels like the right fit.
