Fixed-price utilities cover electricity, heat, hot water, gas, and high-speed internet, so you have fewer bills to manage. We don’t charge a broker’s fee, and all residents are carefully screened and background-checked to ensure a secure and comfortable stay.

Our rooms are designed for single occupancy, and with a no-pet policy to maintain a peaceful and well-balanced living environment. We also conduct interviews before move-in to ensure compatibility and a positive atmosphere in each apartment.

You may visit or tour our units after being pre-qualified by our admissions team (no additional cost). Once pre-qualified, we will connect you with potential housemates. We hope you’ll find the perfect place with us.
