Large Room + Private Office Space in Park Slope!

Looking for a roomate to take this private room + small private office space for rent in Park Slope, starting February 2022. The room is spacious (master bedroom) with two windows, A/C and heating. The office space has one additional window. It is unfurnished, however the current tenant is willing to sell most of the current furniture for very reasonable pricing.
$1600 monthly plus $50 for utilities. Rent is month-to-month, and only requires that each tenant gives a one month notice before moving out.
The apartment has 2 other rooms and 1 bathroom. The two other roomates are me (28 y/o, he/him, NYU grad student) and Alex (26 y/o, he/him, graphic designer). We are friendly, clean and easygoing.
The apartment has a small living room, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We also have a washing machine in the kitchen area (is not working currently but will get fixed before February).
The neighborhood is fantastic and one of the safest in Brooklyn. It's super close to a ton of stores and to Prospect Park. There are two train stations 4 blocks away, where one can take the Q, R, W and B trains to Manhattan (15-20 min ride to closest stop).
