Three Roommates in a 3-bedroom looking for a 4th!

Hi!

We are three roommates (two females and one male) looking for a fourth in a 3-bedroom high-rise apartment in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn! Females are preferred but open to meeting anyone who is a good fit.

We are 39, 38, and 32 respectively. We work as a professional chef/nonprofit director, restaurant manager, and in HR. The three of us get along great, but are very respectful of each other’s space and boundaries. We are more on the quiet side, very COVID conscious, and don’t bring the party home. Two of us work from home, and go into the office occasionally. We have set the apartment up to be very comfortable and a place to relax after a long day. As roommates we occasionally have dinner or movie-nights together. We are neat, tidy, and share the household cleaning and chores. We are looking for the same qualities in a roommate, and you must be fully vaccinated. The apartment itself is a fantastic find! The roommate moving out has a cat, but the apartment will be fully cleaned out with some areas newly painted prior to you moving in.
