Cozy Room For Rent In Park Slope Brownstone

We're renting a room in our four bedroom two bath apartment in north park slope. The room is $1,011/month + utilities which range from $40-60 depending on the season. First and security required. Landlady lives in the building and is available when needed.

The apartment is across the street from Barclays Center, five min walk to Whole Foods, Target, Stop & Shop, BAM, etc. The N, Q, R, B, D,2,3,4,5 all stop across the street (at Barclays) and the G and C have stops a few blocks away. It is a 15 minute commute into Manhattan.

The bedroom is on the smaller side — it fits a full-sized bed, dresser or desk. It has a window facing a tree-lined, quiet street. It comes with a ceiling fan and AC window unit. There is also a full-sized closet. The bedroom will come unfurnished.

The apartment also features in-unit washer/ dryer, a microwave, and a dishwasher! Kitchen is fully stocked, we have many pots & pans.

Your roommates would be 2 professional women, 1 man in their mid to late 20s. They are all very chill, respectful, tidy, and quiet. You would be sharing one of the 2 full bathrooms with 1 other roommate. The ladies are respectful with noise, some nights we hang out in the living room, most nights we keep to ourselves.

Ideal candidates must be *vaccinated & COVID-19 conscious/ mask wearing, avoids indoor crowds,* employed full time with proof of income, responsible, and clean in the common areas. We are open to any gender and would prefer someone age 25+. LGBTQIA+ friendly.
No pets or couples allowed.
