We have a room available in our wonderful home. The apartment has three full bedrooms and two full baths. There is a smallish kitchen but a great size common room. Utilities are split three ways and are usually between $50 to 80 per month.
You'd share the apartment with two young professionals. We're looking for someone clean, responsible and professional. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the apt.
The apartment is right near the Atlantic-Barclays subway hub in Brooklyn. Literally less than a block away are the: N, R,Q,2,3,4,5, B,D and the LIRR trains. There is a natural foods market two blocks away, a Key Food four blocks away and Target three blocks away in the other direction. A laundromat is less than a block away. There's also a ton of great boutiques, bars and restaurants just down the avenue!
