Laundromats with drop off service 1.5 blocks in either direction. Current roommates are two professionals in their 20s/30s, not a couple. Quiet, friendly, respectful, and covid conscious. Looking for the same. Apartment is on the top floor up four flights of stairs but quiet and easy access to roof as a result. Lease expires October 31 with option to renew. 1st month & security ($2060 total) due at signing. No other fees.
