We are looking for someone to take over our lease starting September 1. There are 6 more months on the lease (ends February 28) and after that you can continue in the apartment or move on.

Spacious, charming 4-bedroom apartment in Park Slope, across the street from a Prospect Park entrance and with park views from the living room. The whole apartment has high ceilings, spacious rooms, huge windows, and charming details. We also have rooftop access. The roof has views of Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the park, and is great for sunbathing, gardening, picnics, and games.

All 4 bedrooms can fit a queen size bed and the back bedroom can easily fit a king size bed. Two of the bedrooms have built-in shelves. There is also a huge walk-in closet in the middle of the hallway. The apartment gets beautiful light but is also nicely shaded from the sun in the summer.

We love the apartment and are only leaving because some of us are moving out of NYC for work and school. If needed, we can leave some furniture for free (couch, tables, AC units, vacuum, microwave, spice rack, kitchen and closet shelving, etc).

We feel so lucky to have lived in this apartment and in this neighborhood during the pandemic. Not only are we steps away from the biggest park in Brooklyn, we are also close to some of the most beautiful streets in the city and have great access to grocery stores, laundromats, and cafes and restaurants with outdoor seating.

We?re a block and a half from the F/G subway entrance, so you can quickly get into Manhattan and around Brooklyn.

1200 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Full kitchen with microwave included. Very responsive and respectful super who lives in the basement of the building. You would be responsible for gas, electric, and internet.
