No brokers fee and you will get a free month's rent as well! The bedroom itself is unfurnished, but the shared kitchen and living room space are fully furnished, including in-unit washing machine and dryer.

There is an enclosed courtyard out the bedroom windows (so there is not noise from the street) and it has great sunlight.

The apartment is a 6 minute walk from the F, G, R at 4th Ave/9th Street. Walgreens, CVS, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, dry cleaners, gym, etc. are all within a 5 minute walk. It is also a 10 minute walk to Prospect Park.

The rent is $1,383/month per person. Heating and hot water are included in the rent. Internet and electric bill varies, but is usually $50/month per person.
