My name is Jeffrey. My roommate is moving out of Brooklyn and I am looking to fill their PRIVATE bedroom in my 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, brownstone apartment. Move in date would be September 1st or slightly before.

This apartment is the top of a brownstone (no one is above us?we have skylight ceilings) and very spacious for NYC. It has a full kitchen with dishwasher and great bathroom. Kitchen and living room are furnished and stocked. The room itself is a great size that can easily fit a queen size mattress, features a large closet, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The location is amazing in Park Slope (South Slope), a few minutes from the F/G/R at 4th/9th street, and a few minutes from Prospect Park. It?s an ideal neighborhood with lots of bars, restaurants, gyms, and grocery stores.

I am a 30 y/o professional working in advertising/photography. I keep the apartment clean, am responsible, and am very laidback (expecting the same), and am very safe about COVID.

I am looking for a no-drama roommate who is quiet, laid-back, and is very responsible?pays rent on time (mandatory), does their dishes, keeps the apartment clean, etc.?and is okay with a quiet and relaxing home space. No drugs, no smokers. **I am also very conscious of COVID-19 and am seeking a roommate who also exercises caution and care during these uncertain times**
