We?re looking to rent out a large sunny bedroom (11.5?x14?) which faces the private backyard, and comes with a powerful A/C unit and customizable ELFA closet system. There is also a living room area available for your usage, as well as a communal kitchen and bathroom. This would be perfect for a couple or a person who wants a lot of space.

We?re a professional couple who both work standard M-F hours, and tend to spend quiets nights at home in the other half of the apartment watching TV and playing video games. We also have two friendly and affectionate cats.

We?re located between Park Slope and Sunset Park, a short walk to the R train at 25th Street and a 15 minute walk to the F and G trains at Prospect Park. It?s also a short walk to Industry City, Costco, multiple large food markets, as well as many great cafes and restaurants.
