Huge space for sublet in the heart of park slope. Very safe and charming area. First floor of a 3 floor building. Grocery store across the street, fleischers butcher shop down the street and laundry a block away. Artichoke pizza! Multiple gyms, banks and pharmacies. Really good coffee one block in each direction- Everyman espresso is my favorite. 8 vintage clothing shops within a 6 block radius which has proven dangerous with a walk in closet.

Prospect park and grand army plaza Greenmarket a 10 minute walk. Bam, Whole Foods, apple store less than 10 minutes walk. An 8 minute walk to Target and Barclays where you have the N, R, Q, W, B, D, A, C, E 2,3,4,5 LIRR trains. Bus stop directly outside the apartment.
Street parking is very easy.

Tons of bars and restaurants with all demographics- from high end cocktail bars to more divey neighborhood shot and beer spots.

Private living room and bedroom in a 5 room house. My roommate and I each have our own living rooms and share the kitchen, bathroom and dining room. I see him MAYBE once a week and will pass in the hall with a wave. He has a small chubby old dog who doesn?t leave his room and doesn?t make a peep. He doesn?t wander the house and you wouldn?t know he was there if you weren?t told.

Large bathroom with the BEST water pressure. Really. It is such a treat.

Large kitchen equipped with everything you need if you like to cook- kitchen aid mixer, sausage maker and meat slicer. New fridge and newer gas stove. China and glassware for every type of beverage for fancy dinners in the dining room.

Bedroom has a projector screen hooked to the ceiling that extends via remote control for in bed, big screen movie watching. Queen sized bed with posturepedic pillow top mattress, large closet and desk

Living room has a large, super comfortable sectional couch with 55? tv, Apple TV, blue ray DVD, a record player and a fire escape with BBQ. Tin ceilings and tons of natural light

I have lived here for 4 years and my roommate has been here for 14(?). I?m taking some time off to travel and hope you?ll enjoy my space as much as I do!
