$1100 in Park Slope with laundry in building!

I?m looking for one roommate to take up one bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The new roommate would potentially take up a new lease starting asap, prorated for July. The bedroom itself can fit a twin bed comfortably or can squeeze in a full bed. Apartment itself is a third floor walk up.

The building is a prewar with recent renovations. Apartment has stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher in the kitchen. There is a laundry room in the basement of the kitchen. Rent includes gas ( for heating only) and water. Electric, WiFi and gas for stove top cooking are separate. Air conditioning unit is available in the living room. Security deposit/last month's rent would be paid to the departing roommate per the landlord.

The building itself is located in Central Park Slope, in close proximity to plenty of bars, restaurants, delis and pharmacies. It is a 8 minute walk away from the Union street R train stop, or 8 mins from the 9av-4th st F/G train stop. Apartment is also a 15 minute walk from prospect park.

I myself am a 26 year old woman working at a record label and my roommate is a 25 year old finance professional (also female).
