Hallo. I have a lovely room available for a 6/1 move-in, in my Park Slope abode. The room has amble closet space and a large street-facing window that gets great natural light. The apartment is a 3 BR / 1 Bath, 2nd-story walk up on the corner of Lincoln Place & 5th Ave with FREE laundry in the basement. It's a 5-minute walk to Barclays Center / NQR2345LIRR Train access, and a 10-minute walk to the Fulton St. G.

The room available is $1450 not incl. utilities, which amount to about $50-80 per month. I've been here for two years now, and its an incredibly pleasant place to live, with a mess of good restaurants / bars / delis in walking distance, and is only 10 minutes from Prospect Park. Roommates are two very open-minded, clean & respectful, creative types working in the music industry. Don't worry we're very respectful of one another when it comes to noise, and frequently wear headphones when working from home.

We enjoy cooking together, inviting occasional friends over, and you would be more than welcome to do the same.
