Sunny, well sized room in Park Slope!

Hey,

I'm taking on the lease to the apartment I have been living in since last May and looking for someone to sublet the second room.

The Room:
Comes unfurnished, fits queen bed, desk, dresser, bed side table, has a closet, ceiling fan. Faces east so lots of sun in the morning. Don't hear the upstairs neighbors walking around at night which is a dream!

The Apartment:
Separate living room & kitchen and both decent sizes. The bathroom is also huge for NY standards.

Please note all of the furniture, except for the grey couch with pillows on it, belongs to the person who is moving out. I'll be furnishing the place but if you have anything you want to bring happy to discuss it!

Bills:
Rent excludes bills. I pay around $50-$90 depending the time of the year. Internet would be on top of this also. Deposit is $1,300 payable to confirm the room along with first months rent (March).

Location:
Big grocery store across the road, laundromat also across the road. We're on 5th Avenue so lots of stuff around!

About Me:
I'm 30, from Australia and been living here for 2 years.
I work in advertising so I'm basically working all the time!
Guilty pleasure is watching The View on YouTube
I'm usually gone from the apartment around 930am and back whenever I end up being freed from work
- I?ve traveled to close to 30 countries, mostly around Europe and South America. Fav places were Iceland, Rio, & Florence
- I?ve spent 2 years living in London before moving here
- All my share houses I?ve lived in have had 4 or 5 people in them! So I?m well trained ;)
- Huge Marvel fan!
- Chocolate is my weakness, along with cookies and milk (so childish)
- Coca-Cola over Pepsi
- Music with lyrics over just ?doosh doosh?
- Bars over clubs (although clubs have their moment)
- Love getting lost in YouTube

Ideal Flatmate:
No preference for gender or sexual orientation. Just someone who is tidy but also willing to share cleaning responsibilities of the apartment.
