Spare Bedroom in Unbeatable Location Park Slope

Three working professionals (1 male, 2 female) all in their mid to late 20's looking for a 4th roommate to join the apartment starting November 1st (possibly late October). The roommates are all chill, and like to hang out, but mostly do their own thing (I'm the departing roomie).

The 3rd floor walk up is on amazing 7th Ave, just 2 blocks from Prospect Park and a few blocks from the B, Q,2,3 and R. The location is close to everything you could ever need. No laundry in building but there's a laundromat a block away and there are multiple grocery stores within 2 blocks too. We have a large living room, roof access with awesome views and are the only apartment on the floor!

The room measures 12'x12' with 1 closet. It does not get a lot of natural light (please consider this before responding), but it does have a window leading to an airshaft, which is great for air conditioning in the summer.

Rent is $1000 (plus utils $30-$80/month depending on the time of year) due on the 1st each month
- 1st month and security deposit required to move in
- 6 month rental agreement that turns into month-to-month thereafter
