I will be showing the room on Mondays and Tuesdays from noon to 8 pm.

There are two rooms, large kitchen and bathroom on the first floor of the duplex apartment. There are two rooms and another bathroom on the second floor.

The available room is on the second floor facing the rear and is 9 x 11 ft with one window, high ceilings, and furnished with a bed, wooden wardrobe, desk and chair.

Current roommates are all males.

No smoking, no vaping, no drugs, we are looking for nice quiet people who recycle and clean up after themselves in the kitchen. $1000 for a single occupant only, one pet possible.

The house is located in trendy South Slope with lots of shopping, banks, dining, etc. The nearest train is the R train at 25th St and 4th Ave.
