Furnished Room in Park Slope 3 bedroom apt

Looking for a 3rd person to join us in a 3 bedroom apartment. This amazing deal is located in the heart of Park Slope, is furnished and ready for you to move in immediately. We will rent it for 2 months or more and are flexible about how long your stay beyond that. This is the smaller room in a three bedroom apartment to share with two women.

We are very close to the 4th/9th Subway Station (R/F/G) and just next to 5th Ave with restaurants, stores, and bars. Also close to Prospect Park!

We need to find someone to pay rent for this room for May 1 at the latest, but move-in date is flexible (is vacant now).

The room is furnished with a twin bed, nightstand and an Ikea armoire that works as a closet with built-in shelves. There is really no room for a larger bed with the armoire, although if you have a full-size and want to try it we can be open to that. There is also a window with Air Conditioner and curtain, another shelf, and chair. Can provide basic sheets/towels if needed.

There is some storage space in other parts of the apartment you could make use of if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped (although you can bring more items to add to what is already there). There is one bathroom. Laundry is out of the building but just right around the corner.

Your roommates are two women busy with work and socializing out of the apartment. We do both have flexible schedules and are sometimes home during the day. We are both quiet around the house, but also friendly and welcoming to new roommates. No Pets, No Couples, No Smoking inside.

Total move-in cost is rent+utilities+one months rent as security deposit = $1960

Details: $950 plus $60 a month for utilities (gas/electric & reliable wifi!). That is $1010 per month, and there is also a security deposit required of $950, which you get back when you leave. The agreement is month to month so even if you plan to stay a certain number of months you can still get out of the agreement with one month's notice at any point. One roommate is the leaseholder and has been living here for almost 4 years, and the other is new to the apartment and subleasing the other larger room.

To summarize, this is a great deal to live in Park Slope, and we love living here. If you are looking for a relaxing, convenient spot to live for a few months (or longer), please let us know.
