In-building laundry is right outside the basement door. Apartment comes with storage unit in basement.
Building is three blocks from the B, D, N, Q, R, 2, 3, 4 and 5 trains, with the F, G, A and C trains being a few blocks more. Good food and bars nearby. Walking distance to Target, Trader Joe's, and Key Foods. Nearby gyms include Blink, NYSC, and Crunch. 15-20 minute walk from Prospect Park, Brooklyn Promenade, and the Brooklyn Bridge/Park.
Current roommates: work full time, don't cook a lot, respectful of noise and cleanliness, like to grill during the summer.
