Bedroom in Large Park Slope Apartment

Hi There,

We are looking for one roommate to take over a bedroom in our 4 bedroom Park Slope apartment. Move in entirely negotiable, as the room is available starting in August.

DETAILS
- Move in negotiable for August or September.
- $1250 month plus utilities which typically run about $75 (Internet, electric, gas, and a cleaning person that comes every three/four weeks)
- One month security deposit and first month's rent to move in (total of $2500).
- The current lease is up for renewal on December 31, 2017.
- You would be signing a sublease. Two other roommates are the primary lease holders; we are asking for someone to stay at least until December 31st. However, we prefer someone who is likely to commit to signing a lease for 2018.
-No pets and no couples.

THE APARTMENT
- Washer/Dryer and dishwasher in apartment
- Spacious and charming, hardwood floors and high 12 ft ceilings
- Two full bathrooms, great water pressure.
- Eat-in kitchen with lots of cabinet space a full dining room table and a big living room with bay windows
- We have a cleaning person who comes once every three weeks
- Third floor walk-up
- Two and a half blocks to Prospect Park.
- Less than a ten-minute walk to the F, G and R trains. The 2, 3, B, and Q are about a 12 minute walk.
- The purple sofa, book shelves, and some of the chairs pictured in the living room are no longer there, so if you have some furniture of your own, they can likely fit in the living room.

THE ROOM
- On the small side, but has a large window, closet, shelves, fits a full size bed, and potentially a dresser and nightstand. There is an additional hall closet that can be used for extra storage if need be. It is unfurnished.

THE FINE FOLKS YOU WILL BE LIVING WITH
The three roommates are all young professionals in their mid 20s/early 30s, a guy and two girls who work 9-6ish hours.
Everyone is clean and respectful and often has their own things going on.
