All rooms are on the second floor and Include all utilities, wireless internet, free use of the washer/dryer and garden access. In South Slope Brooklyn NY. Choice of curtains: red, blue, black out, lace. No pets.

Room A: Rented. Very small sunny room, one rear facing window, wood floor, ceiling fan. Currently unfurnished, 7.6 x 8.8 ft. $800/month, single occupant only. We might be able to provide some furniture, twin bed frame, clothes hanging rod, plastic drawers if needed. Shares bathroom on first floor with Room C (currently one male).

Room B: Available August 1, 2022: Large sunny room with small private bathroom, two rear facing windows, wood floor, ceiling fan. Queen bed, long table, chair, nightstand, two closets, overhead storage. Single occupant: $1200/month; Couples: $1300/month.

Room C: Rented: Charming L shaped 12.5x13.5 room with two front facing windows, wood floor, ceiling fan. Full bed, wardrobe, desk, chair. Single occupant: $1100/month; Couples: $1200/month. Bathroom is on first floor, shared with one male roommate (Room A).

First Floor: Shared large eat in kitchen, living room. Married owners share kitchen and living room a few days every week.

Second Floor: 3 Separate Bedrooms (Room A rented; Room B available August 1, 2022; Room C rented). Current room mates male (owner, Room A, Room B and Room C) and female (owner).

No smoking of any substance, no vaping of any substance, no drugs, NYC recycling rules followed, clean up after yourself, no dirty dishes, sweep/mop. Photo id, bank statement, and proof of income required. Bring paperwork for faster processing. Must not be allergic to cats and dogs, no pets in the apt but third floor apt has 2 young cats and owners have pets out of town.

Located on 22nd St Between 5th & 6th Avenue in trendy South Slope. Lots of shopping, banks, dining, etc. Nearest train is the R train at 25th St & 4th Ave.

Liz will be showing the rooms as they become available and unoccupied on Mondays, Tuesdays and some Wednesdays from noon to 8 pm. Please see above for room availabilities.
