Sunny Full/Queen Size Bedroom - In Unit Laundry

Full/queen size bedroom with large windows in 2nd floor Ocean Hill apartment. The apartment was renovated before we moved in 2 years ago. Hardwood floors throughout and tile in bathroom with washer/dryer in unit. (which has been a lifesaver for me!) The bedroom furniture will be removed before move in as well as some of the living room furniture, so if you wanted to put some things in the common areas we can probably find a place for it. There’s only one other apartment in the building and the neighbors are very nice.

I am a clean, organized, and mostly quiet person, and I am respectful of people’s personal space. I enjoy hanging out with friends/roommates but I also understand sometimes you just want to come home and not talk to anyone. I do have one cat named Jack who is very friendly and loves people. He currently is not allowed in my roommate’s room, so if you wanted your room to be a cat-free zone he is already used to that.

The landlord will require an application with a credit check, and then first month’s rent and security deposit upon signing.
