We have 2 rooms available in our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment. The apartment has two separate entrances and a backyard. The ground floor is an open-plan shared space with living room, dining area and kitchen.
Nice kitchen appliances including dishwasher, microwave, and big Fridge. Washer and dryer, Smart TV, electric fireplace, outdoor grill and patio furniture. WIFI included!

Room 1- large window, great light, exposed brick, Closet, fits a Queen sized bed. This room has a shared bathroom with only 1 other person, and a separate open space for living area or work from home space. Air conditioner included and available for warmer months. Single occupant. $800

Room2- Large window, good lighting, exposed brick, Closet, fits a Queen sized bed. This room comes with a separate, private bathroom. Air conditioner included and available for warmer months. Single occupant but Couples considered $975 ( $1150 for couples).

We have several lovely cafes just a few blocks away, local bar (3 blocks away), Saturday farmers market (2 blocks away). great pizza spot near by, and easy access to all the goodies this lovely borough has to offer.

Us:
I am a native Brooklynite and work in the skincare industry and my partner is in construction/ bartending. We are pretty chill and fun loving, but not party people. We enjoy cooking, music, comedy, Baking, nexflix-ing, hanging out with our kitty (super good boy) and mostly keep to ourselves. But do enjoy the occasional roommate hang session.
Our other tenant is a super chill guy that mostly keeps to himself besides hanging with his very sweet sister, He's very respectful and easy going.
We like to keep things clean and tidy, more so now with Covid. Everyone in the apartment is responsibly wearing PPE, Social distancing and I regularly sanitizing all high touch surfaces.
Above all We are honest, respectful and open people. Empathy, compassion and open dialogue go a long way.

Who we are looking for:
Someone easy going, who cleans up after themselves, and a sense of humor is never a bad thing. If you are responsible, honest and respectful of all people and their personal belongings and can pay your rent on time, monthly, Come take a look at our lovely home!
