Beautiful 3 br 1.5 bath apartment w guest/art room

Hi! We're Ali, Shay and Ren. We would LOVE to find down-to-earth exotic dancers to share this space with! There is a spare room that would be perfect for installing a pole. No one is currently a dancer but would love to learn; currently I (Ali) support myself walking dogs, which I love.

Pertaining to smoking; I'm friendly with a medical card, but that's the only kind of smoking I like to have happen in the apartment, since it doesn't stay around really.

Costs for move-in: application fee ($30) + first months rent + security deposit. Application goes through the landlord. Utilities *are not* included. Heat is powered by gas, so costs can go up in winter. Available for immediate move-in. Long-term (one-year lease) preferred; month-to-month renting is possible.

Pet friendly. There are 3 cats in apartment currently.

Laundromat 200 ft from front door of the building. Closest subway station 1 block farther ~ 2 min walk (C at Rockaway); Broadway Junction ~ 10 min walk.

1 window room: $985/month + utilities

2 window room: $1,010/month + utilities (occupied)

3 window room: $1,060/month + utilities (occupied)

Apartment is gorgeous. Both available rooms fit queen sized beds comfortably with room for some additional small furniture left over. Deep-set, gorgeous window sills. Blue accent wall in every room and in the living room. Beautiful tiling in bathrooms (as well as kitchen backsplash), rich hardwood floors throughout the rest of the apartment. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is a guest room currently furnished with a full sized futon, dresser, nightstand, lamp and two stools; that will be shared equally among roommates for recreation, art and/or overnight guests who need their own room. The futon that is in the guest room was/is the current couch for the living room, and will be permanently re-homed in the guest room once the two empty bedrooms are filled and everyone is settled in and agree on a new couch (I?m happy to buy it myself and have a few in mind, but figured it?s worth waiting to see what future roomies think too). There is also a private security system for our apartment that all roommates have shared access to with a camera angle in the living room, first and second floor hallway, and of the basement door on the outside of the building (where packages and parcels are often left). Supermarket with parking lot only 2 ? blocks away. Neighbors are friendly, the street is lovely. We are on Herkimer Street between Rockaway Ave and Pleasant Street.
