Completely furnished room for rent

I am looking for someone that is in NYC for a short term. I am the owner of the house and have a spare room that i want to rent but only for a few months. At first will be a month to month lease and if we click I can extend the lease.

THE ROOM
The bedroom is private, all furnished.
It has a closet, a desk, a full size bed, tv, and high speed internet.
The window looks at the backyard, so there will be no street noise at all.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared with only one person.
The third roommate is a super chill cat, so if you have allergies or think could be an issue please don't apply.

THE TENANT
You have to be super clean, quiet, and have a 9-6 job/school.
No drama. We are sharing a space, so I would like it to be comfortable and nice.
All activities can be done from 8 am-10 pm, after that is quiet time.

Credit over 650 or guarantor.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Close to the A, C, J, Z, L, 2 and 3 lines.
10 minutes walking to the closest subway station: Ralph or Rockaway Ave (C line)
Laundromat in the corner.
Shops on walking distance.
Rite Aid a few blocks away.
The house is in a very quiet and safe street.
