Looking for a person who is professional or student for a private bedroom with an open view window in NYC. Seeking someone who is nonsmoking, quiet, a working professional, respectful, and clean. The room is nice and clean, a furnished private room.

There are 2 female persons already living in the apartment. They are working in professional roles. Everyone is nice and respectful in the apartment. The apartment is furnished and very clean. There is a closet in the room. We have a kitchen for small uses.

The room and the bathroom receive plenty of sunlight during the day. "It has an open and beautiful street view. Also, the room has a wardrobe. "A study table, chair, and twin-size bed are included. The building is also very clean.

The area is very safe and quiet. The location is next to Avenue M train Station for the Q train, and it is 2 min walk from the apt. Also, There is another train station on Kings Highway (B train and Q train) which is a 7 to 12-minute walk from the apartment. There are lots of restaurants and shopping places around the apt. for example; T. J. Maxx 7 eleven, Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, many restaurants around it etc. there is 24 hours open Restaurant and Grocery store as well. Brooklyn College is 20 minutes from the apt. There are 3 different fitness centers about 10 minutes away.
