Beautiful Bedroom Available!

Hello all!?

1 bedroom available in a beautiful Midwood apartment! Apartment is pretty much brand new and I have been living in it for over a year. Current roommate is moving back home, so we're looking to fill her room!

Apartment features:
-a new washer and dryer in the unit
-dishwasher and microwave
-Huge windows and extra tall ceilings, which keep the place feeling bright and airy.
-Beautiful modern bathroom, with a deep soaking spa tub
-5 min walk to Ave J on the Q, about 30ish mins to downtown Manhattan
-Super accessible area, several bus lines within 2 blocks

Room for rent features huge windows and a very tall closet. The room is unfurnished (although there is a dresser you're welcome to use), but the rest of the apartment is furnished. Current roommate has a queen bed in there, to give a sense of size.

You'll be living with 2 working professionals in their mid-20's. One works in non-profit and the other is a personal trainer. We both work a lot and spend a lot of time outside the apartment, but enjoy Netflix binges, exploring the city and are overall pretty chill. We aim to live as minimally as possible, and try to be environmentally conscious in our lifestyle. We would love to find someone who we get along well with, but respect if someone wants their own space.

All utilities (wifi, electric, gas) will be split among roommates. This is generally 50-60/month, season depending. Rent includes heat and hot water (a bonus considering we have the washing machine and dishwasher!) Room available 4/15, but flexible here!

Open to a couple, but rent would be 1100 to account for the extra person in the space.
