One medium sized room for rent in a 4 bed 1 bath apartment. Old roommate left before the lease was up, need someone to sublet the room with the option of joining the lease renewal in March. I do have a cat so you'd have to be okay with that, she's very friendly though.
The apartment is located in Kensington literally steps away from the F/G line at the Church Ave stop. Also very close to grocery stores, the post office, Prospect Park, some bars and some restaurants. There are washers and dryers located in the basement of the building, with a 24hr laundromat also located across the street.
Heat and water are included with the rent and internet and electric bills are not. Need someone to move in as soon as they can, am willing to do either virtual tour of the place or in person with masks, I can provide some if you'd like along with hand sanitizer.
