Spacious master bedroom available in a 3br/2ba apartment.

The apartment is located in the diverse neighborhood of Kensington, Brooklyn and is surrounded by quality grocery stores (including Carnival, a 24hr produce market) and a 2min walk to the F/G trains + multiple busses. Prospect Park is only a 10min walk and in the summertime you can take the F straight down to Coney Island.

The bedroom is large (10x15), can fit a king size bed (although there is currently a queen in there) and comes furnished with a lovely oak table, and a super comfortable queen sized bed (with box spring and mattress). The closet has ample storage with an additional cabinet above for more items.

The apartment is located on Church Ave but the bedroom is on the backside of the building and stays nicely quiet all hours of the day and night.

Current roommates are a 50yo native NYC male who teaches chess, hosts an interview show, and has his fingers in many media-pies, as well as a 31 yr old man who teaches media production at Brooklyn College and also works on outside media products. There is a cat, and other pets will still be considered.

Looking for a clean, considerate, down to earth and comfortably employed person to fill the last bedroom in this lovely spot. LGBTQ friendly.
