Cozy room in 3BR/1BA starting September 1st! Unfurnished 10' x 7' room plus a small closet. The room is more twin-friendly, though the current roommate has a queen with an entertainment center. Window unit AC provided by landlord.

The building is a house split into 4 apartments on 2 floors. Our apartment is on the first floor facing away from the street - easy move and it's nice and quiet! Plus we have access to the unfinished basement that we use for storage! Right now the common room only has a couch in it, so I'd love to find people who want to help breathe some life into the space. Kitchen appliances are in great condition and even include a dishwasher!

About Us:
Will is in his mid-20s and works in security technologies. He's very easy to get along with and mostly keeps to his room when he's home. He does cook the occasional elaborate meal. He might even give you some if you're nice!

I am in my early 30s and work in the film industry as a camera assistant. In my free time, I'm usually running in Prospect Park, training for my next race! When I'm home, I also mostly keep to my room. But I am always glad to chill with a cup of tea or glass of beer and catch up!

We both like to come home to a clean place of peace and tranquility. We're very respectful of other people's space and property and we are looking for the same in a roommate. And of course, you must be LGBT+ friendly!


You would be signing a 1-year lease with us starting September 1st, 2019 thru August 31st, 2020. Security deposit and first month will be due at signing for a total of $1,580. The landlord will also ask for the usual upon signing: paystubs, bank statement, credit score. Landlord pays for heat; other utilities not included.
