Tons of restaurants, stores, and coffee shops abound. Lovely chill, diverse, family friendly neighborhood. Like I said this is a rent-stabilized building so there are mostly long-term residents.

This is the apartment situation:
-You will have the whole apartment to yourself most of the time.
-I will using the apt as a workspace several times a week. But when I'm not there you are absolutely free to have full access as well.
-You will have full access to the 2nd bedroom and the rest of the apartment at all times.
-I will very rarely be in the apartment evenings or overnight.

I'm working on furnishing it or you can choose to help furnish it as well.

Looking for a responsible, respectful, honest, tidy person. Hourly, daily, weekly, month to month or long term possible or a combination of all of the above.

I am the lease holder of this lovely space. I am very low-key, flexible, empathetic, understanding, and prefer the same in a tenant. I currently work in the nonprofit and reproductive care space. I am extremely busy so I won't be around much! I will be there only sporadically for some meetings or occasional evening/night times.
