2 Large Rooms in South Slope/Greenwood Heights

Hello! I have two large rooms opening up in our ground floor 3 bedroom apartment for Aug 1-10 (flexible move-in as rent is due on the 10th of each month). Each room has a closet, and can fit a queen sized bed (the one for $1,000 is slightly large and fits a king), and at least a dresser, and a desk, TV stand. etc. The apartment shares a living room and dining room with exposed brick, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, and one spacious bathroom. I do have a cat, she's super sweet but keeps to herself, I like to relax with a glass of wine at home when I can, and although cigars/cigarettes are not allowed in the building (landlord rules), vaping/JUULing/CBD etc is no bother. I would love to find two respectful, communicative and tidy housemates who both enjoy their privacy and maintain a congenial and open atmosphere. With my grad school and work schedule, I spend a lot of time studying, and this apartment is big enough that 3 people can live together with plenty of room to spare. Heat/hot water are included, and electricity/cable is split 3 ways, averaging less than $75/month. This is a great space for young professionals, students, or anyone, really!
