A large bedroom for short-term sublet in Greenpoint in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. 20 minutes on the subway from midtown Manhattan or Union Square.

The bedroom has its own private bathroom with lots of natural light (two walls have windows with direct sun exposure) and the apartment has a spacious living room and massive kitchen which is rarely used rarely.

The apartment is located only a block from the Greenpoint Ave stop on the G Train with easy access to Manhattan, and there are numerous Grocery stores and bars within a couple blocks.

Your roommate you will be will be a 28 year old male who works in office 9-6 weekdays. He's friendly and largely keeps to himself, and uses the kitchen rarely.

The ideal dates would be from June 16th to August 25th but there is slight flexibility here.
