Renovated kitchen and bathroom on a third floor walkup. 4 other roommates, mixed female / male household, all employed professionals. One shared bathroom, works well.

Must have proof of income or guarantors. Rent is $1500 a month plus deposit in the same amount. Electric and gas are paid extra, as well as wifi. Everything comes to about $50 monthly on top of the rent. Laundry across the street.
