Hey there! My roommate and I are looking for a third person to join us on a 1-year lease for a lovely, renovated 2nd floor walk-up in prime Greenpoint, beginning 10/1!

Here are the deets:
The apartment has central air, brand new appliances, in-unit laundry(!), private terrace, rooftop access with city views, high ceilings, and gorgeous brick detailing. It's located in northern Greenpoint (6 min walk to the G). The available room is 10'x12', and has access to the private terrace. No closet unfortunately.

We are looking for someone who is:
*Preferably in their late 20s/early 30s
*Fully vaxxed
*Tidy & respectful of shared space
*OK cohabitating with furry friends - we have a small dog & hypoallergenic cat

A little bit about us:
Sarah (30 - she/her) works in television and is often on the road for work. When she's home she can be found cooking, baking, tending to her many houseplants, and working on hobbies such as sewing. Always down for a wine & cheese night!
Nicole (27 - she/her) works as an urban planner and is originally from the Hudson Valley. She is often found exploring the city with her shihtzu, Chewie. When she's home she likes to watch movies, make polymer clay earrings and to cook delicious meals.
