Greenpoint Room With /WD in unit

Hello future roommate,

We have one room available (2/15) in our 3 bedroom on a quiet block in Greenpoint. This room is really best for someone who wants all of the benefits/amenities of a nice place, without having to pay the premium price. The room itself is about 11' x 7' and the bed shown is a full bed. While you don't have a closet, there is a huge cubby/shelf unit for storage in the hallway and the current roommates don't mind if you keep a clothes rack or a few things in the living room since we don't watch much tv there.
Some highlights include:
- Shared bathroom with only one person (other roommate has private bath)
- Full Size Washer and Dryer in Unit (convenience/time/money saved!)
- Large Mitsubishi A/C unit in each room (no tug-of-war on temperature controls, live comfortably!)
-Large Kitchen with Dishwasher (plenty of cabinet space, refrigerator space)
-Decent sized living room and kitchen table (if you plan to have some guests over)
-Steps from Mcgolrick Park
-8-10 min walk from Nassau G Stop (One stop from L train at Lorimer and Close to Court Square 7, E, M trains)
-Close to McCarren Park/Heart of Williamsburg in ~15 min walk! (Live near Williamsburg without paying the price)
-Responsive and helpful Landlord (he lives down the block, so if there are any issues, he can take a look and address quickly. No dealing with supers that take days to respond)
-Roommates are 2 working professionals (one works for a bank in sustainability, the other works in Real Estate at a Bank) - Both are out of the apartment most weekends and live busy social lives outside of work. We never bring the party home and this is a very chill environment, so hope you'll be the same!

I have done extensive research on apartment hunting and this place truly provides a tremendous value. It checks many boxes and is a quiet place for a young professional to not only save money, but enjoy their living situation while doing so. Friendly/respectful roommates to live with, without feeling cramped. Come check it out for yourself!
