Hey, we’re looking for one roommate to share a lovely 3br/2ba apt in Greenpoint located next to the Nassau Ave G train (2 min walk) and the Bedford Ave L train (12 min walk). McCarren Park is just around the corner. The apartment is newly renovated with in-unit washer dryer, dishwasher, A/C in the living room, bike storage area and access to the rooftop.
The room is 100 sq ft, fits a full sized bed, desk and dresser (at least) and has a big built-in closet. It’s very quiet. It comes with a bed frame which fits any mattress size and has 2 large drawers underneath. It can also be unfurnished. You’d share the bathroom with just one tidy female.
Utilities are an extra $55 on average. Roommates are two friendly and relaxed female professionals (25 and 30 yrs old).
This is a month to month sublet. Stay as long as you prefer (let me know your dates).
