I'm looking for a roommate Aprl 1st (early or mid-April move-in also available) in a beautiful two-floor, 2-bedroom duplex in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Short or long-term renting available, but preference to those looking for at least 5-6 months. You'll enjoy your own room and private bathroom, along with two shared spaces (office and living/dining spaces) and kitchen.

Private spaces are unfurnished, shared spaces are partially furnished, spatial design is flexible. The apartment is kept clean, has hardwood floors, large operable windows, and lots of light. Quiet building a block from the park. The two living rooms and private bathrooms make it a great place for roommates to work from home during the pandemic.

No pets, but plants welcome! No smoking inside.
