Hello!
I am looking for 1 or 2 roommates (read below) to sign a one year lease on an amazing 3BD/2BA in Greenpoint, where I?ve lived for the last 4 years, but unfortunately my 2 roommates are leaving and I would hate to give this place up, since it?s a true NY gem.

The apartment includes in-unit laundry, dishwasher, huge living room and kitchen, with a large hallway to laundry room with tons of storage space.?

The two bedrooms both fit a queen, a desk, a dresser and other furniture. Ideally, I?d love to rent both bedrooms to someone seeking a bedroom with a private bathroom and an office.? My own bedroom and bathroom are on the other side of the apt, with a huge living room and kitchen in between, thus creating the feel of a private suite.? (The perfect setup for someone working remotely!)
The price breakdown would be as follows:

$ 2200 for room+office+private bathroom

$1200 larger bedroom w/shared bath

$1150 smaller bedroom w/shared bath

The two rooms face the backyard (no access) so you have quiet and beautiful greenery outside your window. Tons of light, very bright. AC/heat unit in every room. Full bath with bathtub.?

Bedrooms would be unfurnished.?

Utilities (electric plus internet) are around $60 per month per person, slightly higher in winter.?

Location: On a quiet (and I truly mean quiet) residential tree-lined street. Half a block to beautiful McGolrick Park, 10 minute walk to McCarren Park. Amazing bars, Polish restaurants, best of any kind of Brooklyn food steps away.?

Transportation: 8 minute walk to Nassau G, 15 to Bedford L. ?(I am able to get to midtown in 35 minutes door to door.) ?

I?m open to pets and the landlord allows it.? However, as I have never had any in the apt you would need to discuss details directly with him.? ?

About your roommate: I am a process consultant at a large firm.? At the moment I am working full time remotely.? My life currently consists of logging off work ?around 6pm?, working out in my room, eating dinner, watching tv in my room, or going for a walk. I am away hiking most weekends, but sometimes do just recharge in my room all day. In non-pandemic times I am definitely mostly out of the apt, either at work, or at the gym, meeting friends, going partner dancing (Latin and such), relaxing in the park, and out and about on weekends. I am away 5 days a month on average.
I?d love to be friendly and have an occasional drink/chat with roommate(s), but am definitely fine without that too.? I am super clean, and it?s very important that my roommates are too by keeping shared areas clean and not bringing the party home. I cook a lot, but not every day. There is a fully stocked kitchen.?
