Cute, sunny room close to waterfront and transit

Hello! We have a room available (permanent) for one person in our 4 bed, 2 bath apartment in Greenpoint (between Franklin St and West St).

Great area with lots of grocery stores, bodegas, bars, and restaurants, all within walking distance. There is also a laundromat just half a block away.

Good transit options to get to Manhattan, Queens, and Lower Brooklyn - the G train is two blocks away, B32 stop is half a block away, and the Manhattan ferry is a block away from the apartment.

Utilities add up to roughly $50 per month, which includes electricity, gas, and internet. Heat and hot water included in the rent.

Us: All three of us are working professionals in our mid-twenties whose schedules have changed thanks to the pandemic. None of us have had it and we are pretty strict about taking precautions and following good practices to keep it that way.

The apartment is pretty quiet most of the time unless we have someone over, so it would be ideal for students AND professionals!

You: Student/professional, preferably in your twenties, easy going, and respectful.
