Large 3 bedroom in Greenpoint

Hi,

Im moving out of my apartment that I’ve lived in for the last two years and my roommate is looking to fill the two empty rooms in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath in Greenpoint. The apartment has a spacious kitchen and living room with lots of plants.

The master bedroom (15x13) and has a walk-in-closet. It can fit a queen or king sized bed, large dresser or two, night tables, chair and large desk. There is a large window that gets great light and faces the back, so there’s no street noise.

The middle bedroom (15x11) has a large closet, fits a queen sized bed with dresser, desk, night table, bookshelf and vanity, and has a balcony off of it.

She is looking for roommates who are laid back, but clean and considerate.

She loves to cook and we would often share meals with each other, and were down for some wine and tv at the end of the day to decompress.

There are 3 parks within a 10 minute walk and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby (many of which have outdoor seating or to-go for the time being). The supermarket and laundromat are 2 blocks away and the G train is a 5 minute walk. There’s a citibike station around the block.
