Greenpoint, Brooklyn

We have 1 room available in our modern Greenpoint, Brooklyn apartment.

It's a 4 bedroom, 2 bath duplex with a balcony, built-in AC/heat, dishwasher and in-unit laundry, on the 4th floor of a walk-up. A small upstairs room is available from June 1.

The room does not have a closet but can fit a single or full bed and storage for someone who doesn't have a huge amount of belongings and has a lil eye for design.

We are 1 girl and 2 guys (one girl is leaving), mid-late twenties, LGBT friendly. The girl leaving this room has become a good friend, so we're looking for someone great as we'll miss her! She moved out of state for now.

It is a friendly, respectful and relaxed environment. We work different schedules so sometimes there will be someone here and sometimes the place is empty. We often relax together, chat while we cook, watch tv, have a drink. Partying is great outside of the home?we like to keep the space clean.

We can't have pets unfortunately.

We are looking for someone to sign a 1-year lease beginning June . As part of the application, management requests proof of identity, credit score, bank statements and 6 months pay slips.
