Three friends living in a three bedroom loft, all in our early 30s. A couple in one room, a guy in the other room, and one open room. The girl works in fashion, one guy works in tech, and the other works in music. One of us has lived here for 6 years we love it so much! We are looking for someone to take over our roommates portion of the lease which is through June 1st. But you could stay longer of course and be on the new lease.

Rent is $1720.50 and the security deposit is $1800 which you should get back at the end.
