Light Filled, New, Cozy Room in Greenpoint

I invite you to live in a light filled bedroom, with your very own view of the Freedom tower! The room is spacious and furnished with a full size bed and a stand alone closet. (Closet not imaged but will be included).

The apartment is located in a brand new building with all amenities including laundry, work out area, a dishwasher, microwave and EVEN a patio AND rooftop patio. The rooftop patio has a full view of the skyline in New York! Literally, this is a gem! I just moved in a few weeks ago, however, so please excuse the empty living room!! The couch arrives on Wednesday!

Also, I have a laborador retriever, named Gus, featured in the last photo. He is 9 years old, very docile and does not bark. :)

It is a three bed / 1 bath apartment and I am renting out two rooms of the three rooms, as I live in the very last room in the hallway. I am originally from New Mexico and Texas and therefore the home is full of southwest accents and I have a fair share of art books as I studied art history and currently work in art logistics.

I am very open in terms of the length of your stay. If you would like to stay a month to a year, I am open to all of the above! Just let me know your situation and I will see what we can work out. Females only.
