Spacious room available in a charming pre-war railroad near McGolrick Park. The apartment offers lots of privacy with separate entrances (if desired) and a private bathroom. There is a common living/dining area and a shared kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout with lots of natural light and windows. Common space has A/C, basic furnishings (i. e. couch/dining table). The bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress with platform frame/headboard, an armoire for storage and private closet. Most furniture is required to stay, but can be discussed if more room is needed.

I travel frequently for work and am not home often. I'm looking for a reliable, clean and friendly person to hold down the fort while I'm away. Ideally, you are a working professional with daytime hours. Light socializing is definitely acceptable as long as you're respectful of our neighbors as it is a family building. Small pets are OK.

The neighborhood is booming with restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. There is a supermarket nearby and the G train is within walking distance, also the B48 bus. On-street parking is manageable if you have a car.
