Looking to rent out a very spacious bedroom in a two bedroom apartment. Just off of Nassau Avenue, its a 1 minute walk from Champion Coffee and many other restaurants/cafes and a short 5 minute walk to the G train.

The bedroom has TONS of natural light and overlooks the private backyard, which is never occupied. There is a large walk-in closet (which is not pictured because it is being used for storage by the previous roommate until the lease ends in August). There are extremely high ceilings and could easily fit a queen/king sized bed and still leave you with lots of room.

The apartment features a great common area which is super spacious for two people and is fully furnished. The kitchen was also recently remodeled this past year and now has brand new appliances.

I work five days a week at a cafe, so i'm often not home during the day and when I am, I typically spend the majority of my time in my room. I consider myself a very tidy person, so that's definitely something that I am looking for in a potentIal roommate. Person also must be able to sign the lease with me for one year as well.
